新規已生效，包括國際學生每週校外工作時間上限調整為24小時，以及更換學習機構前需申請新的學習許可。同時，指定學習機構（DLIs）需履行合規報告義務，未達標者可能被暫停接收國際學生。這些措施將提升計劃的監管力度，支持國際學生並保障其在加拿大的學術體驗。

錄取通知書（LOA）驗證：自2023年底起，已確認49.2萬封有效LOA，拒絕1.7萬封無效LOA。


To work off campus without a work permit, international students must be studying full-time ina post-secondary academic, vocational or professional training program, or a vocationaltraining program at the secondary level offered in Quebec, that lasts at least six months andleads to a degree, diploma or certificate.
International students who are eligible to work off campus may work full-time during breaks intheir academic calendar, such as the summer break between school years or the winter breakbetween semesters.
Twice a year, designated learning institutions are expected to submit a report to IRcc thatindicates whether each study permit holder associated with their school has remained enrolledStudents who are no longer enrolled can be investigated and face enforcement action, as theymay be breaking their study permit conditions.
